  • A personal driver will be assigned for the pick-up and return journey, who will take you to your preferred location. For hotel pick-up, the driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby, for apartment pick-up, at the entrance of the building.
  • For airport pick-up, the driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name, and he will track your flight to ensure on-time pickup.
  • For port pick-up, the driver will be waiting for you at the gate with a sign bearing your name as soon as you disembark.

Cancellation Policy
  • A cancellation fee of 100% will be applied for bookings that are canceled within 36 hours or less of the scheduled day trip.
  • Canceling between 36 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled day trip will result in a fee of 50%.
  • Cancellations made three days or more before the scheduled day trip will not incur any cancellation fee.
