At Lux Athens Transfers, our success stems from the combination of our skilled, professional, and hospitable staff, high-quality and stylish vehicles, and consistent and accurate services. To ensure the seamless functioning of our services, it is essential that our chauffeurs and vehicles are organized and arrive at appointments on time. To help us achieve this, we kindly request from our clients to provide precise and accurate booking information, including accurate arrival time and any other relevant details. In the event of any changes, we ask that our clients notify us immediately, so that we can promptly update our driver's schedules.

A cancellation fee of 100% will be applied for bookings that are canceled within 36 hours or less of the scheduled day trip. Canceling between 36 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled day trip will result in a fee of 50%. Cancellations made three days or more before the scheduled day trip will not incur any cancellation fee.

Definition of "No Show": A "No Show" is defined as a situation where the client fails to arrive at the designated pick-up location within 60 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification to Lux Athens Transfers. Additionally, a "No Show" will be recorded if the client claims they cannot find the driver but fails to reach the driver or the company at the designated communication phone numbers provided.

How to Avoid a "No Show" Status: To avoid being marked as a "No Show," we request that our clients:

  1. Provide Timely Updates: Notify Lux Athens Transfers immediately if there are any changes to your travel plans or if you anticipate being late. This can be done via phone or email.

  2. Confirm Arrival Time: Ensure that you have provided the correct arrival time and any relevant flight or travel information at the time of booking.

  3. Communicate Delays: In case of unexpected delays, such as flight delays or traffic issues, inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

  4. Contact the Company or Driver: If you are unable to locate the driver at the pick-up location, make sure to contact the driver or the company immediately using the communication phone numbers provided at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in a "No Show" status.

Additional Charges for Delays: Should the client arrive more than 60 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, and if Lux Athens Transfers is able to accommodate the delay, an additional charge of €60 per hour will be applied. However, please note that Lux Athens Transfers is not obligated to wait beyond the initial 60 minutes if other commitments prevent us from doing so.
